Notice of WCEMNT 2025 Preliminary Program and Poster Presentation Guidelines

Dear Participants,
This notice serves as a supplementary explanation for participants who are giving poster presentations. The poster presentation format holds significant academic exchange value and also provides a high-quality platform for showcasing your research outcomes. Its key advantages are outlined as follows:
1. Exclusive Display Time for Undisturbed Academic Exchange
A fixed, exclusive display time slot has been set for poster presentations (see the "Poster Session" in the preliminary program), which is from 13:30 to 15:00 every afternoon during the conference. The display location is the on-site poster area (as shown in the diagram). It is particularly emphasized that there will be no overlapping parallel sessions during this time slot, effectively avoiding the distraction of attention caused by simultaneous sessions in multiple venues. During this period, you can engage in in-depth communication and high levels of interaction with peers interested in your research field, fully elaborating on research details, and discussing academic perspectives. This ensures your research results receive sufficient attention and professional feedback, facilitating efficient academic exchanges.

2. Special Session with Honor and Commemorative Incentives
The organizing committee will arrange a professional review team to conduct evaluation of all poster presentations and select some of them as the Best Poster awards. Recipients of the WCEMNT Best Report Award will be presented with honorary certificates and customized conference souvenirs. This adjustment to the presentation format is aimed at optimizing the overall academic exchange effect and creating opportunities for in-depth presentation of more high-quality research results. We sincerely look forward to participants who will give poster presentations making full use of the poster exchange platform to demonstrate the value of their research and gain fruitful academic outcomes.​
