WCEMNT2025 brought together numerous world-leading scholars and research elites in the field, establishing a high-standard, multi-dimensional exchange platform that provided participants with cutting-edge academic perspectives and the latest research trends. More than an academic feast, the conference was honored to be included in the "Open Cooperation Month" initiative launched by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). This milestone signifies that our exchange platform has reached a higher level with a broader vision, and will surely inject a strong "electromagnetic momentum" into the openness, trust, and cooperation of the global scientific and technological community.
We fully acknowledge that traditional technologies such as eddy current testing (ECT) and magnetic flux leakage (MFL) have laid a solid foundation for us. However, facing the future, we must courageously break through boundaries and systematically establish a smarter, more integrated, and more three-dimensional innovative system for electromagnetic testing. From microwave to terahertz technologies, from the integrated collaboration of electromagnetic-acoustic-ultrasonic and electrochemical technologies to the interdisciplinary integration with ultrasonic guided waves, laser holography, infrared thermography, and then, to embracing the cutting-edge waves of artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and bio-electromagnetic fields – this is precisely the grand blueprint that we hope to jointly explore at WCEMNT2025.
